What is the minimum number of students?
The minimum is 5 student seats. You can add more seats at any time from your billing dashboard — additional seats are charged at the same per-seat rate.
How does monthly billing work?
Your institution is billed $30.00 per student each month. You can add or remove seats between billing cycles — the next invoice reflects your current seat count.
Can I enroll students after registration?
Yes. From your owner dashboard you can add student emails at any time. Each student gets an invitation link valid for 72 hours. You can also share your institution code — students self-register at our student registration page.
What is student impersonation?
As the institution owner, you can click "View As" on any active student to see the platform exactly as they do. This is useful for troubleshooting or guided instruction. A banner always shows you're in impersonation mode and lets you stop at any time.
What happens to student accounts if we cancel?
Student accounts remain on the platform in a free-tier state — their work is preserved. Only their institution-level access is removed. They can individually subscribe if they wish to continue with a paid plan.
Do Producers Credits carry over between students?
Credits scale per student: 5,000 PC/student/month. An institution with 5 students gets 25,000 PC/month total. Credits are issued to the institution's shared pool and each student draws from it. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
