01 Quick overview
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Notis Studios LLC for your use of The Producers Suite and its services at theproducerssuite.com. In plain terms: you can use our tools to create and manage your film and creative projects; you keep ownership of your work; you agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly; some features cost Producers Credit and some require a paid plan; and we provide the Services "as is" with the usual legal protections. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
02 Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, or by accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, film school, production company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization. Where access is provided to you through an organization, that organization may set certain rules and controls for your account in addition to these Terms.
03 The Services
The Producers Suite is a creative-work platform published by Notis Studios LLC. It is made up of the following component services (collectively, the "Services"):
Writers Room
Screenwriting editor, real-time collaboration, version history, AI writing assistance.
Selection Board
Talent profiles, casting directory, job postings, standby talent management.
The Table
Unified table read environment with simple casting view and read-through tools.
Contract Assistant
Contract generation, NDA templates, deal memos, agreement library, e-signature.
Film Assistant
AI script breakdowns, budgets, shot planning, call sheets, scene management, crew tracking.
File Cabinet
Cloud storage for production documents and assets with role-based crew access.
Profit Share
Revenue tracking, profit splits, expense logging, participant payouts and reporting.
Poster Generator
AI-assisted film poster generation across multiple visual styles.
Text to Audio
AI narration of scripts and long-form text with multi-character voice casting.
We may add, change, or discontinue features or entire services over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but we are not obligated to maintain any particular feature indefinitely.
04 Accounts & eligibility
You need an account to use most of the Services. When you create one, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children. One account is for one person or organization; do not share your credentials or let others use your account except through the collaboration features we provide.
05 Your content & license
You own your content. Scripts, posters, footage references, contracts, talent profiles, audio renders, casting notes, budgets, files, and everything else you create or upload ("Your Content") remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
To operate the Services, you grant Notis Studios LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, transmit, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you and the collaborators you authorize — for example, to save your script, render a poster, generate audio, or share a call sheet with your crew. This license exists only to make the features work; it ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups kept for a limited time and anything we must retain by law.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it. You represent that Your Content does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and that you have obtained any releases or permissions needed (for example, from talent, writers, or rights holders) for the material you upload or generate.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models. As described in our Privacy Policy, your scripts, projects, and files are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. AI features process your content to produce a result for you, in your session, and stop there.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- break the law, or create, store, or share illegal content;
- infringe or violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
- upload malware, or attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts or data;
- harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others, or post hateful, harmful, or sexually exploitative material;
- generate content that impersonates a real person deceptively, or that you do not have the rights to create;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the Services, or use automated means to abuse credits or features;
- use the Services to build or train a competing product, or otherwise misuse the platform.
You are responsible for the content you generate with AI features and how you use it. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules, as described in Termination below.
07 AI features
Several services include AI-powered features — script assistance, breakdowns, budget generation, coverage, poster generation, audio narration, and more. These features produce output based on the input you provide, and that output may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, and for ensuring your use of it is appropriate and lawful.
AI output is provided to help you create — it is not legal, financial, or professional advice. For example, a generated contract or budget is a starting point you should review, not a substitute for professional counsel. To the extent you have rights in the output you generate, those rights are yours, subject to your responsibility for the inputs and the acceptable-use rules above.
08 Plans, credits & billing
Free to start. You can create a free account with access to the Services and a starting balance of Producers Credit. AI features consume Producers Credit. When your balance runs out, AI actions pause, but your account and your content remain available; a paid plan lets you buy more credit and unlocks additional capabilities such as exporting finished work.
Paid plans and credit. Paid subscriptions and Producers Credit are billed at the prices and intervals shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments and consumed credit are non-refundable. Prices may change on a going-forward basis, and we will give notice of changes to recurring charges before they take effect.
Payments and payouts. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as PayPal or Stripe). Where a service lets you pay collaborators — for example, Profit Share payouts — those transfers are handled by the applicable payment provider and are subject to that provider's terms. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services or payments you make or receive through them.
09 Our intellectual property
The Services themselves — the software, design, branding, "The Producers Suite" and service names, logos, text, and other materials we provide (excluding Your Content) — are owned by Notis Studios LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose while these Terms are in effect. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted.
10 Third-party services
The Services rely on and integrate with third parties — for example, AI providers, payment processors, email and video providers, and cloud infrastructure. Your use of features that depend on a third party may be subject to that third party's terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
11 Termination
You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users — and, where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue for non-serious breaches.
On termination, your right to use the Services ends. We will make your content available for export for a reasonable period where feasible, then delete it in the ordinary course, except for backups and anything we must keep by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
12 Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notis Studios LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output, storage, or backups will be perfect. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important work.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notis Studios LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Notis Studios LLC against claims arising from Your Content or your misuse of the Services in breach of these Terms.
13 Changes & governing law
We may revise these Terms from time to time as the Services evolve and as the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email or in-app message before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma for any dispute not subject to other agreed resolution. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Notis Studios LLC regarding the Services.
